Baristas arrive 60–75 minutes before your start time for setup, so the hours you booked are hours of actual pouring — not time spent unloading equipment. Breakdown afterward is handled just as smoothly, without anyone from your team needing to supervise it.

It's a flat quote, not a per-cup charge. Pricing comes down to three things — guest count, service duration, and location — and you get back one number with unlimited drinks included, so there's no surprise math later. A 50% deposit locks in your date.

Yes — this is where brand activations get fun. Popular add-ons are a full cart decal wrapping the espresso cart in your branding, a latte printer that prints your logo directly on top of each drink, and custom cups. Mention branding when you request your quote and we'll build it into the plan.

For bigger activations or high-traffic spaces — think a retail pop-up in Cary — we can bring an additional cart and barista team so the line keeps moving instead of building up. Share your expected turnout and time window when you request a quote and we'll staff it accordingly.
